   Many people want to go on a diet, but often people are wrong in doing so actually causes the pain to himself. There are some diet tricks without having to suffer, consider the following tips.


Drink a Water 
   Drinking water is very good for our bodies, because water can dissolve fats in our body. Addition of water can reduce our hunger, before we eat or snacking should we drink a glass of water with food portions so we will be reduced. That way we can make a natural diet without having to suffer.


Display Healthy Foods in the Table
   Always put healthy food  like fruits, vegetables in place can you see likes in the table or refrigerator. place the food  high calorie like biscuit,snack,soda in place can't you see.


Add Healthy Food in your Plate
   Vegetable is very good for your bodies, you can eat in the restaurant but you must add salad in your menu causes fiber food can make your stomach feel full.


Enjoy Food
   Those who like to eat fast fat tends to be faster. This is because if men eat slowly and enjoy the food, it will give enough time so the body can signal satiety to the brain so that the portion of the food you eat less. Also avoid eating, talking or watching television. Habits like these will make you eat more servings.


 Create Food Notes
    Take note of what foods you already eat can help you be more careful for any food to be eaten again. It will also help to avoid "cheated" with high-calorie foods that enter the body.

Note should be made accurately and completely. Write down everything you eat is included in small portions like 2 pieces of biscuit as well all the toppings of food eaten.
