Do you know that drinking too much milk causes osteoporosis

One common mistake that is spread about milk is that milk helps prevent osteoporosis. Because the amount of calcium in our body decreases with age, we were told to drink lots of milk to prevent osteoporosis.
But this is a big mistake. Drinking too much milk actually causes osteoporosis.
In general, it is believed that the calcium in milk is more easily absorbed than calcium in other foods such as small fish, but this is not entirely correct.
CALCIUM IN BLOOD human levels typically in the range of 9-10 mg. but when drinking milk, the concentration of calcium in your blood suddenly increased. although at first glance this may seem like a lot of calcium has been absorbed, increasing the amount of calcium in the blood has a bad side.
when the concentration of calcium in the blood suddenly increased, the human body will attempt to restore the abnormal becomes normal again by removing calcium from the kidneys through urine.
In other words, if you try to drink milk in hopes of getting calcium, the result is really ironic, that decreasing the amount of calcium in your body as a whole.  From four countries who consume the most milk, America, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland found many cases of hip fractures and osteoporosis.
Conversely, small fish and seaweed that had been considered low in calcium, which does not actually contain calcium that is absorbed too quickly can increase the calcium in the blood. The body can absorb calcium and minerals required by small shrimp, fish and seaweed.

And these are the facts about milk:
1.  Here is no more difficult to digest foods that the body of the milk.
2.  Kaein, which forms approximately 80% of the protein contained in milk, direct clot becomes very difficult to digest.
3.  Components of milk sold in stores have been homogenized and generate free radicals.
4.  Pasteurized milk does not contain valuable enzymes, fat has been oxidized and changed the protein quality due to high temperatures.
5.  Milk contains many substances that disrupt the oxidized fat in the intestinal environment, increasing the number of bad bacteria and destroy the balance of bacteria in the gut flora.
6.  Drink too much milk will actually cause osteoporosis
